HELP WANTED - PART-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT/COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Trinity Lutheran Church is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Communications Specialist to work collaboratively in a small staff environment. The position is part-time, averaging 12-16 hours per week. The position involves office management, administrative support, internal and external communications (including social media outlets like our website, Facebook, and others), and volunteer recruiting/coordination. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Computer skills essential – must have demonstrated proficiency in Publisher, Word, and Excel. Must enjoy working with volunteers. Skills in hospitality and working with databases are preferred. The position requires regular staff meeting attendance during regular church office hours. Specific duties are listed in the Administrative Assistant/Communications Specialist Job Description (please request). Some duties are shared with the other part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist currently on staff.
