August 2-5 Vacation Bible School, GO FISH!-- 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. August 11 - God's Angels August 25 - God's Angels BBQ Supper/Worship on Wednesday evenings thru August 25th (Meal at 5:45 and service at 7:00)
Fall Worship Schedule Starting Sunday, September 12, worship services will be held at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. with Sunday School during the 9:00 service. Coffee/fellowship hour will be held between services.
BridgeBuilder Update (updated June 22nd)
Over the last month or so the Action Plan Team has been meeting to analyze the four items defined in the BridgeBuilder's report and to define goals to address them. We have come up with four core strategies to address the Action Plan items. We will be sharing those strategies with anyone who wishes to be a part of the process with an open invitation to the congregation during two Focus Groups at dates and times detailed below.
Summary of process to date:
Entry Meeting: Tuesday, March 9th, 2010
(at the Church Council meeting)
Learning Event: Saturday, March 20th, 2010
(approx 70 people attended)
Interviews: April 12th and 15th, 2010
(approx 35 people total were interviewed)
Action Plan Report Meeting: Thursday, May 6th, 2010
(approx 80 people attended)
Focus Groups Review strategies
40 minutes during BBQ Supper on June 23rd at approx 6pm
and
40 minutes after Sunday service on June 27th at approx 10am
