Trinity Lutheran Church is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Communications
Specialist to work collaboratively in a small staff environment.
- The position is part-time, averaging 12-16 hours per week.
- The position involves office management, administrative support, internal and external communications (including social media outlets like our website, Facebook, and others), and volunteer recruiting/coordination.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
- Computer skills essential – must have demonstrated proficiency in Publisher, Word, and Excel.
- Must enjoy working with volunteers.
- Skills in hospitality and working with databases are preferred.
- The position requires regular staff meeting attendance during regular church office hours.
- Specific duties are listed in the Administrative Assistant/Communications Specialist Job Description (please request).
- Some duties are shared with the other part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist currently on staff.
